Capability

Training and Education

Formal instruction and curriculum development built on the SAT and ADDIE models for military and federal learning environments.

The problem

What customers face

Government training staffs are asked to keep courses of instruction current, compliant, and effective while operational demands pull instructors away from curriculum work. Programs of instruction fall out of date, review boards slip, and training quality becomes uneven.

Our approach

What WBSI delivers

WBSI places certified instructors and curriculum developers inside the customer's training enterprise. Every course we build or maintain follows the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model, and our instructors meet or exceed each customer's certification requirements. We manage the full lifecycle of a course: analysis, design, delivery, evaluation, and the administrative record-keeping that keeps a program of instruction defensible. Our teams also support distance and blended learning programs, including regional seminar instruction delivered in person, synchronously online, and asynchronously online.

The value to your mission

Customers get current, compliant courseware and consistent instruction without diverting uniformed personnel from operational duties. Training records, review boards, and POI updates stay on schedule and survive inspection.
