Capability

Command and Control Systems Support

C2 instruction, operations center training, network integration, and operations support that keeps command and control systems trained, integrated, and running.

The problem

What customers face

Command and control depends on systems, networks, and operators working together. Commands need people who understand both the operational employment of C2 systems and the network engineering underneath them, and who can plan, integrate, operate, and sustain that architecture through exercises and daily operations.

Our approach

What WBSI delivers

WBSI supports C2 programs from the classroom to the operations floor. Our staff deliver functional C2 instruction using approved programs of instruction, develop and manage C2 curriculum, design and manage exercises with modeling and simulation support, and handle the network and system administration work on SIPR, NIPR, and local area networks that keeps a command's training systems available. When the MAGTF Staff Training Program stood up the MAGTF Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT) in 2023, WBSI staffed the new section fully and immediately: providing Combat Operations Center instructors, C2 systems integration, warfighting functional area expertise, and COC performance assessments for Marine Expeditionary Force and Major Subordinate Command operations centers.

The value to your mission

Commands get a single support team that speaks both operations and engineering, so C2 systems are planned, fielded, trained, and sustained as one architecture instead of a collection of parts.
