      <title>Contract Award to Establish JCIDS Analytical Framework</title>

      <description>WBSI was awarded a contract to establish an analytical framework for the execution of the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) process in accordance with CJCSI 3170.01E.  We will perform engineering analysis to identify potential integrated doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership/education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) approaches to capability gaps to ensure that suitable technical and analytical examination has been applied to support selection of the objective course of action (COA).  We will identify capability gaps posing the most operational risk and prioritize suitable solutions for deployment.  </description>

      <title>Contract Award to Provide Support for USMC C2 COE</title>

      <description>WBSI was awarded a contract to provide research, analysis, evaluation, and documentation development for the Command and Control Center of Excellence (C2 COE) to the U.S. Marine Corps. We will serve as the analytical focal point for the transition of the MAGTF Integrated Systems Training Center (MISTIC) to Training and Education Command (TECOM) by assisting with production of documentation and guidance and support of TECOM plans, policy and oversight for coordination of training C2 systems and MISTIC.  We will analyze curriculum, develop a plan to fulfill C2 training deficiencies, and assist in the procurement, allocation, and functional management of C2 training systems.  </description>

      <title>Contract Award by Army DMS Modernization Program</title>

We will provide system administration and information system security support for operational systems (OS) within the Certificate Authority and X.500 Directory Operations division.  We will perform the installation and configuration of new Certificate Authority Workstation (CAW) platforms, maintain system administration logs and documentation, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide overall maintenance, testing, and recovery assistance.</description>

      <title>Contract Award to Provide Management Support to USMC C4</title>

      <description>WBSI was awarded a contract to provide full management support to C4 in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) IT portfolio including the selection, control, and evaluation of new and existing IT investment candidates.  We will participate in Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES) Capability Development Document (CDD) review and provide for C4 review written documents. We will provide input for service responses to NCES-related tasking, prepare briefing materials, and support the development and maintenance of the USMC Enterprise IT Architecture along with the development of the MCEITS CDD.   WBSI will be monitoring the MCEITS program of record throughout its life cycle and facilitate the Director C4/CIO advocacy of  MCEITS.</description>

      <title>Contract Award to Provide PES Support to Joint Matters Branch</title>

      <description>WBSI was awarded a contract to provide Professional Engineering Services (PES) to the Joint Matters Branch for management of the Net Centric Operation Environment, Spectrum/Frequency Management, and Science and Technology arenas.  We will provide fiscal and programmatic analysis and input for recommendations directly related to BFSA, JBFSA, and Ground C2 CA Convergence.  We will work closely with MCCDC, Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), and MCSC in developing future BFSA capability, doctrine and material solutions.  We will also sere as the C4 technical subject matter expert for the development of the USMC BFSA technical strategy while investigating and documenting potential increased efficiencies in the current system architecture.  We will provide research, analysis, and communication engineering support to the USMC Strategy and Plans Branch, MAGTF, Naval, Joint and deployable C4 systems to verify and establish future communications architectures.</description>

WBSI will support the network infrastructure at the C2 TECOE facility.  WBSI will be providing IT support for network infrastructure, installation and configuration and will provide technical and analytical support for the internal, training and classroom networks.  WBSI will provide information technology support for systems and network connectivity for tactical network systems to the C2 TECOE for training activities.       <description>WBSI was awarded a contract to provide analytical and technical support in all matters relating to Environment, Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) for PEO Land Systems, PG-14 Armored Fire Support Systems, and Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle Systems, in support of the Global War on Terrorism.  We will supply the Joint Tactical Land Vehicle Program (JLTV) with expert advisory assistance, ensure testing and fielding of safe equipment, manage the ESOH documentation, and provide SME engineering analysis of program requirements.  We will be responsible for documenting technical findings and present recommendations to the JLTV program staff.</description>
